Plan descriptions

Trial

New users start on a 14-day trial. You get 1 GB storage, 100 files max, 1,000 origin reads and 500 image ops per month, 50 MB max file size, and custom CDN URL support. No overage billing—requests are blocked when limits are reached.

After trial ends: Your account becomes read-only. You can still view and download existing files, but uploads and deletes are blocked. Files are kept for 15 days, then removed. Upgrade to Pro or Enterprise to keep full access.

Pro

For individuals and small teams. You get 25 GB storage, unlimited files, 50,000 origin reads and 50,000 image ops per month, 1 GB max file size, custom CDN URL, and email support. Overage is billed when you exceed included usage.

Enterprise

For teams and higher volume. You get 200 GB storage, unlimited files, 500,000 origin reads and 500,000 image ops per month, 10 GB max file size, custom CDN URL, and priority email support. Overage is billed at the same rates as Pro.

Subscription lifecycle

  • Upgrade: Go to the dashboard Profile or Settings, choose a plan, and complete checkout. You gain access immediately.
  • Cancel: Use the "Manage subscription" link in the dashboard to open the billing portal. You can cancel at period end or immediately. If you cancel at period end, you keep full access until the billing period ends.
  • Access until period end: When you cancel during a paid month, you retain full access until current_period_end. The Profile API returns plan.subscription_canceled_at and plan.access_until so you can display this in your app.
